Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors

The proposed regulations aim to implement Executive Order 13706, signed by President Barack Obama in 2015, requiring federal contractors to provide up to 7 days of paid sick leave annually, including family care leave, to improve employee health and competitiveness, and to bring benefits in line with model employers.
