Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Summary of Benefits and Coverage Under Affordable Care Act for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a revised information collection request for the Employee Benefits Security Administration, which requires employers to provide a summary of benefits and coverage and a uniform glossary under the Affordable Care Act, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
