DO Labor Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act

The Department of Labor is extending the comment period for a proposed rule on compensation for energy industry workers who developed illnesses, originally set to close on January 19, 2016, and now reopened as of April 5, 2016.
