US Department of Labor Announces Time-Limited Non-Enforcement Policy for Medicaid Providers of Services to Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

The US Department of Labor will temporarily suspend enforcement of the updated minimum wage and overtime pay exemption for certain employers providing Medicaid-funded services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in residential facilities with 15 or fewer beds, effective December 1, 2016, through March 17, 2019.
