U.S. Department of Labor Establishes Drug Testing Occupations for Unemployment Compensation Applicants

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is issuing a final rule to establish occupations that regularly conduct drug testing for unemployment compensation applicants, as mandated by the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012
