Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Extension of Benefits Appeals Report Information Collection Request

The Department of Labor is requesting public comments on an extension of its authority to collect information for the Benefits Appeals Report, a process aimed at reducing paperwork burden in line with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
