Correction to Excise Tax Regulations on Corporate Stock Repurchases

The U.S. Treasury has issued corrections to its final regulations on the excise tax on repurchases of corporate stock, which were published in the Federal Register on November 24, 2025, and became effective after December 31, 2022.
