Department of the Treasury to Submit Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Clearance

The Department of the Treasury is requesting public comment on an information collection request to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which is set to take effect after the publication of this notice.
