OSHA Revises Walking-Working Surface Standards to Improve Workplace Safety

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is updating its general industry standards to reduce workplace slips, trips, and falls, as well as other injuries and fatalities, by revising and adding provisions on fixed ladders, rope descent systems, fall protection systems, and training on fall hazards and systems.
