Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on its proposed information collection request, 'Eligibility Data Form: Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and Veterans' Preference,' which is sponsored by the Veterans' Employment and Training Services, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
