USPTO Proposes Patent Fee Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2013
The United States Patent and Trademark Office is proposing to adjust certain patent fee amounts for fiscal year 2013 to account for inflation, as measured by the Consumer Price Index, in order to recover increased costs associated with running the office.
