Department of Commerce Proposes Rule to Strengthen Accountability of Attorneys and Non-Attorney Representatives

The Department of Commerce is proposing a rule to add a subsection that strengthens accountability of attorneys and non-attorney representatives appearing before the Import Administration, aiming to deter misconduct in antidumping duty and countervailing duty proceedings.
