Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Implement United Nations Sanctions on Rwanda

The Bureau of Industry and Security has amended the Export Administration Regulations to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1823, which terminated sanctions against Rwanda concerning arms and related materiel, and to require a license for exporting or reexporting items to countries subject to UN arms embargoes.
