USPTO Adopts Changes to International Trademark Classification

The US Patent and Trademark Office has implemented changes to its trademark classification system, aligning with the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks, which took effect on January 1, 2012.
