US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Antidumping Review of Chinese Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate
Summary
The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China for the period of November 1, 2010, to October 31, 2011. The preliminary results show that two Chinese companies, Baosteel and Hunan Valin, did not have reviewable transactions during this period, while the other two companies, Anshan and Liaoning, will be treated as part of a single entity.
