US Department of Commerce Affirms Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Chinese Graphite Electrodes
The US Department of Commerce has confirmed that UK-based company UK Carbon and Graphite Co., Ltd. is exporting small diameter graphite electrodes from the UK to the US in a way that circumvents a US antidumping duty order on similar electrodes from China.
