U.S. Department of Labor Proposes to Rescind Executive Order 11246 Implementing Regulations

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing to repeal the regulations implementing Executive Order 11246, which prohibited federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating against employees based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and national origin, and required them to take affirmative action to prevent such discrimination.
