FHFA to Make Public Mortgage Data Available

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is required to make available to the public the non-proprietary single-family and multifamily loan-level mortgage data elements submitted by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as mandated by the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 and expanded by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
