FCC Review of Program Access Rules and Tying Arrangements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is establishing rules and procedures for handling complaints about unfair acts involving cable programming, aiming to promote competition in the delivery of video services. This move will allow competitors to access certain cable programming currently unavailable to their subscribers.
