Petition for Reconsideration Filed in FCC Rulemaking Proceeding for 800 MHz Band Plan

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received three petitions for reconsideration of its recent decision on a new 800 MHz band plan for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, which is part of the Improving Public Safety Communications in the 800 MHz Band (WT Docket 02-55) proceeding.
