EPA to Take Final Action on California's Beef Feedlot Emissions Rule by November 15, 2010

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to take final action on the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District Rule 420, a state implementation plan revision submitted by California, by November 15, 2010, as part of a proposed consent decree addressing a lawsuit filed by Comite Civico Del Valle, Inc. in the Northern District of California.
