EPA Takes Direct Final Action on Prepared Feeds Manufacturing Area Source Rule Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing three amendments to the prepared feeds manufacturing area source rule, which includes corrections to the submission deadline for Notification of Compliance Status (NOCS) forms and clarifications to the Notification of Compliance Report, without changing the established standards or imposing additional costs.
