Bayer CropScience Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Pesticide Ingredient

Bayer CropScience has submitted a petition to the EPA to exempt poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), alpha-isotridecyl-omega-methoxy from the requirement of a tolerance for residues in pesticide formulations used on growing crops, citing its use as an inert ingredient at a maximum concentration of 10%.
