EPA to Partially Delete Rocky Mountain Arsenal Federal Facility from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 has announced plans to partially delete the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Federal Facility from the National Priorities List (NPL) following completion of response actions at the site. The public comment period for the proposal, initially set to end on July 19, 2010, has been extended to August 16, 2010.
