EPA Seeks Experts to Review Black Carbon Report

The EPA Science Advisory Board Staff Office is requesting public nominations of experts to augment the Advisory Council on Clean Air Compliance Analysis to review the EPA's draft report on the climate effects of black carbon emissions, which is due to be submitted to Congress.
