Dow AgroSciences Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Choline Hydroxide

The Dow AgroSciences, LLC, has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of choline hydroxide, a neutralizing agent used in food and acidic herbicide products.
