EPA Releases Final GIS Tool for Modeling U.S. Housing Density Growth

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available a final Geographic Information System (GIS) tool and user guide, ICLUS v1.3, to model U.S. housing density growth, developed by the National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA) within EPA's Office of Research and Development.
