EPA Finalizes Update to Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations for California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations to ensure consistency with onshore requirements in California, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990, in order to regulate emissions from offshore sources in accordance with onshore standards.
