California Seeks EPA Approval for Revised Hazardous Waste Management Program

California has submitted a proposal to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of changes to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), with the EPA tentatively approving the changes and proposing to make them federally enforceable.
