EPA Corrects Hazardous Waste Management System: Delisting of Arsenic Containing Waste

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a rule published on July 31, 2009, which incorrectly listed the delisting level of arsenic-containing hazardous waste. The corrected delisting limit is 1.29 mg/l, up from the previously recorded 0.0129 mg/l.
