EPA Seeks Comments on Renewal of Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Requirements Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a proposed renewal of an existing information collection request related to residential lead-based paint hazard disclosure requirements, which is set to expire on March 31, 2011.
