EPA Announces Availability of California's 2008-2010 Clean Water Act Section 303(d) List Decisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its decisions on identifying water quality limited segments and associated pollutants in California that will be listed under the Clean Water Act section 303(d)(2), and is seeking public comment on these decisions. The EPA previously approved California's 2008-2010 list of impaired waters and pollutants in 2010, but is now adding additional water bodies and pollutants to the list.
