EPA Proposes Source Specific FIP for Four Corners Power Plant on Navajo Nation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a source specific Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for the Four Corners Power Plant, requiring it to implement Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) to reduce emissions, in accordance with the Clean Air Act. The public is invited to attend open houses and public hearings in New Mexico to provide input on the proposal.
