Colorado Revamps Public Water System Supervision Program to Comply with Lead and Copper Rule Revisions

The State of Colorado has revised its Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) Primacy Program to align with the Lead and Copper Rule Short Term Regulatory Revisions, as mandated by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
