EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Renewal of Clean Air Act Tribal Authority Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed renewal of an existing approved information collection request, which is set to expire on May 31, 2011. The request is related to the Clean Air Act Tribal Authority and will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
