EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Four Corners Power Plant BART Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) plan for the Four Corners Power Plant until March 18, 2011, and rescheduling public hearings due to recent changes.
