EPA Announces Deletion of State Certification Conditions for Vessel General Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a notice of availability for the deletion of specific State section 401 certification conditions from the Vessel General Permit (VGP) for Pennsylvania and Iowa, following the receipt of certifications from these states and a final response on the national consistency determination required by the Coastal Zone Management Act.
