EPA Approves Delaware's Plan to Limit VOC Emissions from Portable Fuel Containers

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Delaware's plan to limit the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from portable fuel containers, as part of the State's implementation plan to reduce air pollution.
