EPA Proposes Approval of Minnesota Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Minnesota's air quality plan, which aims to reduce particulate matter emissions in the St. Paul area by replacing outdated equipment with new, more efficient incinerators at the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services' wastewater treatment plant.
