NMFS Approves Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Scallop Shack Farms, LLC

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has given preliminary approval to an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) application submitted by Scallop Shack Farms, LLC, allowing a permitted vessel to fish outside regulations in support of exempted fishing activities, as required by the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
