Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is submitting information collection activities for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires the agency to describe the nature of the collection, categories of respondents, estimated burden, and cost. FEMA will use the submitted information to inform its data collection instruments.
