Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes From Japan: Antidumping Duty Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued an antidumping duty order on lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, following a final determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission, in response to a complaint filed by American companies, which alleged that imports of these cranes from Japan were causing financial injury to the U.S. industry, and the Commerce Department has determined that Japanese companies are selling these cranes in the U.S. at less than fair value, resulting in a loss of revenue for American manufacturers of similar cranes.
