Coast Guard Issues Final Rule for Conforming Amendments and Technical Corrections to Shipping and Transportation Regulations

The Coast Guard is making non-substantive changes to its shipping and transportation regulations, effective October 1, 2013, to coincide with the annual recodification of titles 46 and 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
