Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Clinton Railroad Drawbridge

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule of the Clinton Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River to enable bridge maintenance, allowing for advance notice to open the drawbridge.
