Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule for the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River to accommodate the St. Patrick's Day Road Race, allowing the bridge to be closed for two hours on the day of the event.
