DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for eComments on FFL Out of Business Records

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request to maintain records of firearms dealers who have gone out of business, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
