Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 3210.12 to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a proposed information collection related to the Certification of Qualifying State Relief From Disabilities Program, previously published in the Federal Register on January 11, 2016, with a 60-day comment period.
