DEA Publishes Correction to Proposed Rule for Controlled Substances: UR-144, XLR11, and AKB48

The Drug Enforcement Administration has published a corrected notice of proposed rulemaking to place the synthetic cannabinoids UR-144, XLR11, and AKB48, along with their salts and isomers, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act under hallucinogenic substances, following a proposal made in 2015.
