Federal Bureau of Prisons Proposes Amendment to Inmate Central Records System

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is proposing to amend its Inmate Central Records System to share federal inmate records with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for broader matching purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130.
