DOJ's ATF Submits NFA Responsible Person Questionnaire for OMB Review

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is requesting OMB approval for a new information collection, previously published in the Federal Register, following a 60-day public comment period that ended in April 2016.
